Apple Mac , old models, can not upgrade to latest macOS, you still can use it, but if you want to install Windows 10, this is very easy. Prepare your BootCamp.
⓪ install from another PC, this will be faster, then unplug drive, and connect to Mac.
① must have BootCamp files
BootCamp, old version, have these files
② install every files manually in directory X64.
These are all drivers of Mac.
③ check BootCamp.exe
If your Mac touch pad doesn’t have right click, check this file exist. If not, run “BootCamp64.msi“ in compatible mode,this will install all drivers again include BootCamp.exe. You will have BootCamp.exe installed in C://program files/BootCamp/BootCamp.exe
Apologize, I forgot change language to English. Open task manager, check boot, there should be boot camp manager activated.
⑤ if you have everything done, but no BootCamp in task bar, this can only be fixed by manually click BootCamp.exe again, make a shortcut will be easier. Or use other ways make it runs.
⑥ if you don’t have decompressed BootCamp
When execute a BootCamp-version.exe , it should be decompressed to a temp directory, find it in your windows directory.
Copy all files to another place. And try again from ①
